In my early years, after I was born, I guess there wasn’t much hope for me back then because the doctor said I might end up getting institutionalized so…
I think it was during my elementary years that my fourth grade teacher saw my potential and convinced my parents to help me see if I could, can basically, become like everyone else.
I think I have done very well. I’ve surprised, I constantly surprise myself of how much I can do and I tell myself, “Okay, let’s keep going (giggles) and there I am.”
You just gotta keep trying and see what works or what works or doesn’t work. I think eventually you’ll find what you’re meant to be.
